Our energetic Fundraising Team organises our varied and interesting events calendar, as well as managing relationships with the organisations and individuals that so kindly support our charity.

Meet the Team

Close up picture of CarolineHeading up the Fundraising Team, Caroline is also a member of the Management Team. Confusingly Caroline shares the same name as our Chair Dr Caroline Jessel, but is very much her own person. She handles any PR or Fundraising challenge, but is totally unqualified to deal with any medical issues!  Heading up the team is a rewarding and busy experience, covering all areas of PR, marketing, design, fundraising and attending all sorts of events. To contact her email

Anyes is our Community Fundraiser, organising all our fabulous events, assists with events run by our fabulous Kent community and further afield.  She also keeps the media informed of our latest news.  Anyes is the first point of contact for anyone who is taking on a challenge to fund raise for Dandelion Time, giving lots of advice, branded running shirts and leaflets, etc.  She often joins in with fundraisers when they are doing running challenges!  Contact her by mailing, thank you.

Tora Marcello is our Bid Writer. Tora is successful in securing vital funding for Dandelion Time, for which we are so grateful.  All grants require a thorough reporting back system, to ensure the money given is correctly spent, and this is also Tora’s area.

Jess is the one of our newest members of our team and is our Marketing and Development Officer.  Jess works within the Fundraising Team, helping to increase Dandelion Time’s awareness & income streams. Jess looks after our digital marketing channels and is the first point of contact for any press, media or partnership queries.  To contact Jess please email:

Also new to our team is Jo, our Fundraising Coordinator.  With a background in the corporate world she has experienced fundraising and volunteering from the other side of the fence.  She is delighted to be working at Dandelion Time and supporting all areas of fundraising.  If you are interested in supporting us or taking on a challenge in aid of Dandelion Time please contact her:

Sarah is our newest bid writer and works alongside Tora. Sarah has a long history working in the voluntary and community sector across Kent and has been successful accessing funding for a variety of organisations.  She enjoys the outdoors and can often be seen talking to the animals we have on the farm, particularly Basil, one of our cats.
