Come find that free, fun, spontaneous and playful part of you that copes with life without being concerned about getting it right or being clever all the time. Through play, games and short improvisations we will learn to let go of our control over things and be surprised by what reveals itself to us. Come for a day of letting go and freeing up.
For adults. All welcome, no experience necessary.
This workshop will help you:
* Rediscover your openness and spontaneity
* Build confidence
* Connect to your spirit of play and joy
* Improve health and wellbeing
* Laugh and have fun!
