Volunteer roles

Family session cook

This role involves preparing and cooking simple meals for families at one of our sites in West Farleigh, North Kent or East Kent, prepare a table, and clear and tidy up after the meal.

Family session volunteer

You will work alongside the therapy caseworker to prepare the session activities and respond to the needs of the children and families as guided by the caseworker during the session at one of our sites in West Farleigh, North Kent or East Kent. *We are currently looking for volunteers for our site in North Kent on a Tuesday morning*.

Fundraising volunteer

You will work alongside our fundraising team to raise the profile of the charity at events across the County. Based at the site in West Farleigh the role may have scope to be remote or pan Kent.

Maintenance assistant

You will work alongside our Facilities Manager at our rural HQ site in West Farleigh, helping to maintain buildings, operate machinery and undertake DIY.

Gardener

You will join our team of gardeners working alongside our Family Farm Manager to undertake general outdoor duties such as weeding, mowing, digging and planting on our beautiful rural HQ site in West Farleigh.

Animal carer

You will help care for our lovely family of animals. Duties will include feeding, mucking out and general animal care. This will include some mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis at our Rural site in West Farleigh.
