May Fayre

Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to this wonderful day!

Following last year’s success we are looking forward to welcoming you all to our Maidstone Hub for traditional games, craft activities, live music and more. We will also have plant sales, a chance to see our animals, refreshments and the opportunity to purchase tickets to our summer raffle.

What to expect:

We have some cracking entertainment at this years May Fayre! We’re delighted to welcome back the Malling Ukulele group, and excited to be joined by Fire & Ice, a contemporary acoustic rock/soul/folk music duo. We will also have a puppet theatre and a wandering minstrel.

In the Bramley Bazaar, you’ll find traditional games such as splat the rat, hook a duck, play your cards right and beat the buzzer. We’re also welcoming local businesses The Little Red Hen Jewellery, Pendlewick Candles, Oast House Apiary, Joanne Weaver Sculpture , Boughton Alpaca, DD Makes and Repairs, Clever Creations, Carlie Curnow, Potter and Hare, Petra Lily Art and many more to be announced!

Please contact Kenresa if you are:

  • Interesting in volunteering at the event by selling raffle tickets, baking a cake, or volunteering in various roles either before or on the day.
  • A local crafty business interested running a stall
  • Able to donate a prize for our big Summer Raffle
  • Able to provide and donate plants for our plant stall
  • A business interested in sponsoring the May Fayre.

Please note we can no longer accept any stall enquiries.

Please note: because of our animals onsite we must ask you to leave your dogs at home.

Our Restoring Hope Raffle will be taking place between 1st May – 11th June.

Star prizes include centre court tickets to the men and women’s single quarter finals at Wimbledon, a £300 gift voucher for Bluewater Shopping Centre and four-ball voucher for the Kings Hill Golf Club.
